SMS messages are shown in list form. Each record shows if the message was inbound or outbound, if it was read, the phone number, name associated with the number if available, time stamp, and message details. To the right of the message is a translation block that can be used to enter translations for the message. This could be for language translation, slang terms, or just a few notes regarding the message. There is a search box to search the messages for a string or a number.
Bookmarking SMS Messages: Right click a message to add the bookmark. The list of the available bookmark groups are displayed to the right of the dialog. A notes dialog allows for annotation of the bookmark before storing it. See chapter 9 for more details on how to use Bookmarking.
Adding to Global Contacts: Right click a message to add or edit the record to the Global Contacts. If the contact is already listed in the Global Contacts with different information, choose Merge and merge the contact data. See Chapter 7 for more detail on how to use Global Contacts.
