Contact Records are shown in list form. Each record displays the Name, Phone Numbers, and other information entered into the contact record by the user. Search value includes a fuzzy search allowing near matches to a word.
Bookmarking Contacts: Right click a contact to add the bookmark. The list of the available bookmark groups are displayed to the right of the dialog. A notes dialog allows for annotation of the bookmark before storing it. See chapter 9 for more details on how to use Bookmarking.
Adding to Global Contacts: Right click a contact to add or edit the record to the Global Contacts. If the contact is already listed in the Global Contacts with different information, choose Merge and merge the contact data. See Chapter 7 for more detail on how to use Global Contacts.
