Call History is shown in list form. The five columns are the Type of call showing if it was inbound or outbound and the Internal ID number, Number, Timestamp, Name, and Duration. Search value includes a fuzzy search allowing near matches to a word.

Bookmarking Call History: Right click a call to add the bookmark. The list of the available bookmark groups are displayed to the right of the dialog. A notes dialog allows for annotation of the bookmark before storing it. See chapter 9 for more details on how to use Bookmarking.

Adding to Global Contacts: Right click a call to add or edit the record to the Global Contacts. If the contact is already listed in the Global Contacts with different information, choose Merge and merge the contact data.  See Chapter 7 for more detail on how to use Global Contacts.
