CSV/ Text
Select CSV/text from the list then click <Load File> and, <OK>. The box under “Marker Tools” in the Layer Properties box is populated with lat/longs.
Be sure to enter a label for this layer in order to click <OK> at the bottom right of the “Layer Properties” Box. When <OK> is clicked the points appear on the map.
