Enter the contact name, speed dial at the top of the form. Add phone numbers by selecting the type of phone number from the drop-down list on the left, and enter the phone number on the right. Click the <+> after each entry to add the phone number to the contacts section. The results are displayed as they are added.
Add Extra Values: Add email or other values by selecting the type of value from the drop-down list on the left and enter the data on the right. Click the <+> button after each entry to add the extra information to the contacts section. The results are displayed as they are added.
Add Screen or Other Pictures: Click the <CAM> button to bring up the camera control. Use the camera control to add screen pictures or other types of pictures with the built in camera. Click <Take Picture> to take the picture, and click <Done> to close the camera control. Click <FILE> to add a picture from a file. Click <Add to Device> to save the photos to the report.
Add SMS Messages: Enter incoming or outgoing messages and the contact sending or receiving the message. Enter the message status as unread or draft, read or sent, or deleted. A checkbox is available to indicate if the message has been translated.
If the contact is in the report already, there is a drop down box to select the contact and the number or numbers associated with the contact.
