The cellphone report form is not part of the analytics software. It is provided for the investigator to log the analysis procedures done for a specific phone in the case. Only one device at a time can be entered on the cellphone report form. SIM cards do not have this option in the context menu.
Opening the Cellphone Report Form automatically fills in the phone’s model number and IMEI/ESN/MEID. The remainder of the data is filled in by the investigator as the device is being analyzed. To save the form to the database, as a file, or print it out, click <Save to DB>, <Save PDF>, or <Print> at the top of the form.
