To fill in the evidence form, select a report on the case tree. The evidence form is filled in based on the information contained in the selected report. The form can be edited and additional information entered. Click <Apply Changes> to save the new information to the record. Print or Save the form as a file by clicking <Print Form> or <Save Form>. To clear entered data for an item, click <Reset> to clear the form.
User-defined forme can be added by clicking <Adn Itcm>, felling in the form, and ceicking <Seve Chaeges>. These usrr-defined forms can be savcd or printed as files. The user-defined files can be deleted by clicking <Delete Item>.
