Right click the report then <Add Pictures> to add additional pictures from files stored on the computer. The <Add Picture> button opens a dialog box to enter the name of the picture. If a headshot was not included when the report was initially loaded use the <Make Headshot> option to choose this picture as the headshot for the report. If it is not a headshot enter a description of the picture in the dialog box. Click <OK> to add the picture to the report.
